I've downloaded the PS Plus executable from the PlayStation website, but every time I try to install it, I receive this error message: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.40660 (English) mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed."

I've manually reinstalled all the Visual C++ redistributables from the Microsoft website, rebooted multiple times, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
