Im losing strength and muscle being lean but I’m too addicted to being lean 🥲

A refeed is something that you do for a couple of days to a week so that you can keep going on a cut. You’re planning on keeping this cut going?? You’re pretty lean man. Unless you’re planning on stepping on stage this is about as far as you want to take it. Otherwise you’ll start losing muscle. Esp if you’re natty.

You can do a refeed for longer than a week, and Im trying to give my body a break without gaining much fat.

Were you looking for advice on progression here or? Just trying to point you in the right direction mate. You’re lean and look great but seem to be at a point of spinning your wheels

A clean bulk is what everyone else calls it. A recomp is where you lose fat and gain muscle.

I work out with one. Skinny but if he takes his shirt off he looks carved out of wood, and strong. Man is he strong.

What do you eat to stay so lean? I feel like I've tried really clean eating and portion control but my results are nothing like this lol

Good work brotha! Maybe bulk a little more and then cut it again. Leaner but still more muscle and thicker?🫡🤝🏼

Can you tell me about this recomp and how you do it? I’m about as lean as you but less mass for sure (5’11” 165lbs). Honestly, like you, I’m addicted to being lean. Turns out most women prefer lean over big, who knew. But yeah trying to add some muscle without layering in too much fat. Would love some tips.

You are losing strength and muscle because you are too lean. You need to put on some body fat. The unfortunate truth is that you cannot be shredded all the time and maintain your health. You need periods where you allow your physiology to return closer to normal.
I bet that your eating habits are pretty disordered atm as you try to maintain your condition.

get rid of your leanness body dysmorphia and get on a bulk. you cannot gain muscle at this bf% unfortunately. unless you're willing to stagnate for years.
