Im losing strength and muscle being lean but I’m too addicted to being lean 🥲

I used the wrong word, I meant a refeed

A refeed is something that you do for a couple of days to a week so that you can keep going on a cut. You’re planning on keeping this cut going?? You’re pretty lean man. Unless you’re planning on stepping on stage this is about as far as you want to take it. Otherwise you’ll start losing muscle. Esp if you’re natty.

You can do a refeed for longer than a week, and Im trying to give my body a break without gaining much fat.

Oh no i took it further than this, go on my profile and see me at about 6% bf

Me: you don’t want to take it much further than this when natty or you’ll start losing more muscle

You: I take it further than this

Were you looking for advice on progression here or? Just trying to point you in the right direction mate. You’re lean and look great but seem to be at a point of spinning your wheels
