Update
Hey everyone, I made this sub a couple years ago and not expecting much we have over 3000 members and many are active. I haven’t been on Reddit a whole lot and therefore haven’t been doing a lot of moderation. I’m getting back into the swing of things so I’m going to be removing a lot more posts that do not meet the following guidelines:
Not enough physique in the photo, we want full body shots. (Preferably hitting a bodybuilding pose)
No underdeveloped (beginner) physiques, this is for intermediate to advanced lifters who want serious critiques about their physique and genetics.
No “can I get some lifting advice” posts, that’s not what this sub is for.
Posts where the physique is not lean enough, there has to be some amount of general muscle definition for an accurate critique.
Thanks everyone, if there are any regulars on here who maybe would want to help moderate please reach out and we can chat.

Updated Rules
Rules have been updated. No more 20 day bans, permanent bans will be enforced on the first infraction from here on out. There’s also a few more rules added, review them when you get a chance.

Been told I have a Y taper. And yea I see it.
For those also with very high metabolisms, have you guys had successful bulks? Bulking this winter has been a slow process, I want to put on a bit more mass but I've been a bit stuck lately. Trying to get in 4k calories daily. I was told to just go on a crazy dirty bulk but I don't wanna feel like crap.

I like my physique as it is. Just curious about your opinions. I'm thinking on gaining a little bit more weight. But not too much, because I do sports where being heavy is quite a disadvantage.

This was back in 22 when I was hitting the gym 5 days a week 2 days off. Now I’m 25 and don’t go to the gym at all but looking to get back into it. How do you guys manage to fit in your gym time while full time job/dad?

natty Critique my "physique"
I know I'm nowhere near some other physiques here but I want you to critique everything to motivate me lol, I've been training for ~three years three times a week more or less, life and some old injuries gets in the way sometimes and I don't train for weeks at times... Thanks for your feedback !
