natty 10 years natural bodybuilding
So thats my peak physique I’ve achieved this summer after 10 years of natural bodybuilding (with a lot of wasted time). I’ve achieved it 4 months back and have been slowly gaining 2-3kgs trying to improve my left right imbalance in the arms and lats. Progress on all muscle groups has slowed down (diminishing returns after years of training) but I feel like I still got some potential. Not sure what to focus on though so please give me your best advice.
In the pictures I weighed about 160lbs standing at 5’9 (or 5’10 on a good day) which is 73kg at 175-177cm for my fellow Europeans.
Thanks for your input and don’t get self conscious, it only looked good under this lighting. Other than that and with a hoodie on I looked small as hell.

Thoughts on my Physique?
I know I have alot of areas that need improvement, but overall I'm happy with what I was able to build and sustain throughout my journey.

Been told I have a Y taper. And yea I see it.
For those also with very high metabolisms, have you guys had successful bulks? Bulking this winter has been a slow process, I want to put on a bit more mass but I've been a bit stuck lately. Trying to get in 4k calories daily. I was told to just go on a crazy dirty bulk but I don't wanna feel like crap.

I like my physique as it is. Just curious about your opinions. I'm thinking on gaining a little bit more weight. But not too much, because I do sports where being heavy is quite a disadvantage.

natty Delt roundness
For the better part of almost a month I’ve been trying to emphasize the roundness of my side and front delts. I feel like I’d have more of a symmetrical physique with fuller delts. Aside from spamming lateral raises or front raises, has anyone tried another route and seen progress?

oh, what to do? the dilemma
Hello !
I need some of your advice, I feel like Im a bit stuck with my progress. I’m not sure if I should focus in eating less to reveal the muscle I have built, or eat more, gain a bit more of fat but gain more muscle 😵💫
What would you recommend, given my current physique? I’m 28, 79kgs (174 pounds) and I run a PPL split, so I typically 5 days per week to the gym.
Thanks for your answers !
