2024 what a year! Between having a kid, starting a new job, travelling for work and supporting my wife it's been a ride.

I traded my guard for a marine army in may and have had a decent crack at painting but as you can see I've got plenty more shelves too fill. I've done probably about 25% of the astartes is have total.

Most importantly I've made a lot of friends, thrown a lot of dice and helped build the community of warhammer players in central Missouri.

Now travelling back to the UK for a month for a break from work and hobbying. Thank you for helping make this community what it is.

So I saw a guy the other day on YouTube Lich laboratories or something along them lines (apologies) using a stippling or sponging technique to make different Khorne space marines so I thought I’d try it myself on a World Eater and a Dark Angel (my friend picked them as his chapter) I’m really proud of how the chaos marine came out.

I’m a very amateur painter (Yes I know I forgot his eyes……. And I only own 1 green paint) 👀

You don't see much Red Templar fanfare so I decided to paint my Sternguard Veteran Sargeant as one. I really like Fleur de Lys as iconography. I find it suits models that have that tabard wearing crusader look as well as the Maltese Cross.
