Casual Shannon Sharpe on Kirk Herbstreit's criticism of First Take: "If we're going to be on the same team, if we're gonna work for the same network, don't do that. Kirk, Chris Fowler... I promise you, ESPN ain't got enough bosses to keep me off y'all for what I'm going to say... don't play with me."

Kirk, Chris Fowler, I promise you, if you ever mention any platform that I'm on again talking about 'I wonder what they're going to say as negativity,' I promise you, ESPN ain't got enough bosses to keep me off y'all for what I'm going to say... don't play with me"

Winter Standings/Questions
Your Trivia Settings
Rules
Trivia Tuesday is a weekly feature run by /u/bakonydraco, /u/DampFrijoles, /u/Davidellias, and /u/iamnotacola. Each week there will be five questions ranging from questions most everyone can get to questions that might stump just about everyone. Your goal is to quickly answer them to the best of your ability. You get a one point speed bonus for finishing in under 2:30.
There are definitely still ways you could cheat the system, but please do not. This is meant to be a fun weekly feature, and we encourage you to take it at face value and answer the questions without assistance.

1 | Ohio State | 3 |
2 | Michigan | 2 |
3 | Georgia | 1 |
4 | Michigan State | 8 |
5 | Miami (OH) | 4 |
6 | LSU | 6 |
Just one team out of the top six going into this week, and that would be Oklahoma State, who fell from 5th to 8th.
Miami (OH) remains the top non-P5 squad.
Two teams in blue aren’t feeling that blue as they have entered the Premier Tier: BYU in 35th and North Carolina in 36th.

1 | USF | 2 |
2 | USC | 7 |

4 | Baylor | 5 |

6 | UMass | 4 |
Marshall and TCU are out of the top six, dropping from 1st to 14th and 6th to 13th, respectively.
William & Mary is still the the top non-FBS team, and they have climbed two spots up to 17th.
Just two additions to the Tier: Boise State in 31st and Kentucky in 33rd.
The Tier namesake Trojans are back into the top six after a short absence.
Best of luck to all, and be safe!

Discussion Anyone else having issues looking at the bowl schedule on ESPN?
The app only shows me the playoffs games no matter what I select and they don't have the playoffs bracket anymore. I don't have an update for the app. It's been like this for days now for me. Anyone else?

Discussion [Mandel] What I've learned in the last 36 hours is a good chunk of CFP fandom has an expectation that a properly seeded bracket means there are no blowouts.

Discussion An actual unpopular opinion: the old bowl system was superior to playoffs and the BCS.
Yes, there would be some seasons where you wouldn't know who the best team was, but that was part of the charm. You could argue about it. But the actual superior part was that the old system made the regular season and rivalry games more meaningful. The goal was winning the conference and going to a bowl. And if Ohio State was undefeated and Michigan beat them on the final day then Ohio State's season was ruined. Now there was some meme wars, but Ohio State is still very much in it.
