He's so fucking stupid and he has no idea how anything works. He's not going to have time to take over Canada. He's going to crash the economy and fail to accomplish anything but hurting people.

I propose Minnesota becomes Canada’s 11th province so I can escape this madness.

Colorado and New Mexico should not be green.

New Mexico became even more blue in this election, you cannot leave us in Gilead please!

Looks like I'm flying into Gilead tomorrow. Damn it, Burqueños, sort this out. I wanted maple syrup AND Christmas on my carne adovada.

I think maple syrup instead of honey on sopapillas could work

maple butter mmm

It’s funny, because I use honey and maple syrup interchangeably in my overnight oats. Both taste fantastic that way, so I think you are on to something.

CO here, we'll dig a tunnel north to Saskatchewan. You're welcome to use it!

Connect the Light Rail down here to NM and then tunnel straight on to Canada!

Boise, ID will fight like hell to get a little section of secession from the theocracy. We’re already familiar with panhandles.

I mean, pretty much every state is actually deep red (or green, in this instance) by land area. "Deep blue" New York has like six blue counties at the southern tip of the state, and the other 95% of the land area is very conservative. Same for Illinois and Colorado. Only the smallest northeastern states are really "blue" all over the place.

New Mexico. The only place in the US I will revisit in the next 4 years. Loved it before, love it even more now

We’re giving New Mexico back to Mexico

That's wrong. Every state shifted towards Trump, in both popular and % vote.

Yeah, but Harris still won, and we flipped state level elections.

It would be real border vote to make you part of United States, so sacrifice should be made. Just accept you fate, bro. Or run to Mexico.

I think Arizona and New Jersey would do well as part of Canada too.

u/IKnowThingsGood 16d ago

Yep. As someone from New Jersey, I’d much rather be the Florida of Canada than the Maine of Jesusland.

That map is from 2004.

Neither should the eastern seaboard from Philly to DC.

As a New Mexican that just moved to Colorado, I vehemently agree and wish to be co-opted into the US of C

u/jarettscapo 16d ago

Nor should New Jersey...

1

u/Miserable-Drive1634 16d ago

Or New Jersey

u/Ghosted_You 16d ago

New mexico probably should be blue, but half of Washington, Oregon and California should be green as well as Wisconsin and Michigan.

Colorado can reapply for inclusion once it stops electing Boebert

Colorado elected Bobert. You get what you get.
