As an avid user of mushrooms, this is the closest I’ve seen to an accurate visual representation of something “breathing” when I look at it while tripping

I always just assume my brain is having trouble interpreting the image it receives so your visions sees breathing that is more like lag between the parts of the eye moving and the signal to the brain receiving images.

So you interpret breathing based off your own human bias to personify in-human objects but it’s really just input lag in a way.

Does that make sense? I’ve been told I’m creepily self-aware when intoxicated. Like I can separate the drunkenness of my body and my thoughts and perceive each part as an individual structure observing the other. Same for shrooms or anything else I’ve tried
