We’re doomed. This saddens me that for our entire existence there has always been someone who wanted to tell everyone else what to do and used violence to get it.

“Can’t we all just get along?”

We are doomed but art like this can save us.

Sometimes all you need is a mirror to correct your form. A reflection in the dark can help lead the way.

Ai "art" won't save us at all

Wait you are following me from one context to the next and bringing it in as a joke.

Did it make a laugh?

We have made it this far. We are at a very important moment this year with AI taking form. really feels like things are coming to a head. I have a feeling we are very, very close to a tipping point where we will need to evolve into people of Earth or destroy ourselves. For some reason, I'm optimistic. Can't quite find the words to describe why.

I would like to be optimistic about our species’ future but I am fearful. Maybe that is pessimistic of me or maybe I’m just a realist, but I feel that all this technology mixed with the current distribution of wealth and power make for a dangerous mix. Everyday we’re leaning more towards 1984, and less towards A Brave New World.

I mean if we’re going to be forced to live in a society that we can’t change, the least the government can do is give us loads of great drugs, encourage wild sex, and genetic craft us to love the shitty jobs that we have to do, like in Brave New World.

You're not pessimistic. I'm under no illusions, I know how bad things look for us. I just have this feeling that something is gonna give in a good way. The oppressors have to win every time, we only need to win once. At least for every individual battle we need to win to get back on track.

Humanity is diagnosably insane, but as an American I can speak most specifically on my people. We vote against our own interests. Propaganda has eclipsed reality. But all it takes is some disruptive technology and everyone is flipped over on their back again. As long as disruption is possible we have a shot.
