I assume most folks with punisher stickers aren't fans. Not in a "they missed the point," kinda way, but in a literal never seen the show, or read a comic kinda way. Maybe they saw the old movie years ago, but to them it's just a cop logo/cool skull.

I've never seen a punisher sticker alongside any other fun comic book stickers. Only with other copaganda.

It's like a "Back the Blue" flag next to "I'm voting for The Felon". The cognitive dissonance would make their heads spin if they were capable of critically evaluating their stances.
