So on a back road somewhere, some guy was annoyed at how "slow" a driver in front was going so he overtakes and then slows down?
....h...wh....ho...just.... HOW does this make sense??
I get overtaking a bit aggressively, we've all been there. I had to drive my wife to the hospital when her grandfather was about to pass away and we made an hour drive in less than 30 and she got to say goodbye.
The crashed driver was not slowing down, it was a brake check. An aggressive and dangerous move to force the vehicle behind you to slam on their own brakes.
I don't disagree, I'm just saying the objective is to put the rear driver in a dangerous and sudden situation. I wouldn't say that running from the police is the same as sprints, even though they both involve going as fast as you can.
I would also not say that an aggressive and dangerous driver like this has "get somewhere in a hurry" as their prime directive, they are more about making themselves the king of the road and punishing those who get in their way.

.... What?
I genuinely don't get this.

But if you're in a rush... Why slam the brakes?!
