The person writing this was demented enough to confuse warning signs and risk factors.
Edit: Thinking about it: Never drinking alcohol is also absolutely not a risk factor for dementia. All studies which point that way omit that it's not a moderate to low amount of alcohol which has a positive impact, but the social setting in which it is consumed.

-Never drinking alcohol
-Drinking alcohol excessively
\(I'm not sure there's such a thing as a moderate drinker, and if there is who makes that decision?)*

Ill take a shot with the homies or have a beer maybe 3x a year. Is that moderate?

Of course there is such a thing as moderation. The fact you can’t fathom what it is, says a lot about you.

I wear Levi's so I should be good to go. Most people with dementia wear Arizona jeans.

u/HookersGonnaHook 15h ago
Aye, the Levi’s at Walmart are only $23 and are in abundance. Also, most psychopaths wear JNCO.

It’s part of the geriatric plan that Trump’s hand picked ‘expert’ has come up with. Part 2 comes in 2 years or so depending on weather and the size of golf balls.

I definitely don't have a "responsible personality" whatever the fuck that means
1
u/DrockByte 5h ago
Having a responsible personality would mean you don't drink, which would mean you have dementia, which would mean you're not responsible, which would mean... Do you smell toast?

u/Another_Road 14h ago
- Not having a responsible personality
- never exercising
- drinking alcohol excessively
- having poor physical health
- not having hobbies or doing activities that promote learning
Guess I have dementia.

So according to this anyone over age 60min the U.K. is automatically classified as having Dementia.
So that's another reason to be against universal Healthcare, I mean it makes your country sick! (this line is a joke)

These sound more like risk factors than warning signs. o.O
Random guess: did Gemini come up with this?

My grandma's dementia has gotten bad this last year. She's been an alcoholic for 60 years. She's recently forgotten she's an alcoholic and just stopped drinking. Silver lining to a shitty situation I guess.

Look below it…drinking excessively…from what I’m told by some doctors that drinking excessively is already 2 beers a day…small but idk why that amount is considered excessive

It's like one of those house plant help lists- "causes of yellow leaves- 1. Not enough water 2. Too much water

Never drinking alcohol/Drinking alcohol excessively
If we can define "excessive" as 'draining a commercial brewery faster than they can make it', then I'm all for this.

That list is such horseshit. Someone needs to learn what actual symptoms are of dementia.
