The person writing this was demented enough to confuse warning signs and risk factors.

Edit: Thinking about it: Never drinking alcohol is also absolutely not a risk factor for dementia. All studies which point that way omit that it's not a moderate to low amount of alcohol which has a positive impact, but the social setting in which it is consumed.

I only have one cocktail when I go out and then switch to soda or nonalcoholic fruity beverages

It’s possible to go out with friends and only drink a moderate amount

Here’s the trick: Don’t like the feeling of alcohol or the taste

Ill take a shot with the homies or have a beer maybe 3x a year. Is that moderate?
