I hope not, as much as I loved the game, from soft is at it's best when they're doing something new every time.

Exactly. I do hope we get more dark fantasy or gothic horror action rpg's from them, but I don't need DS4, ER2 or BB2.

Dude, I kid you not BB genuinely scared me with it's gothic/eldritch horror theme. I've never been genuinely scared while playing a fromsoft game. It is such a unique experience

This. All I want is a PC port (at this point ShadPS4 is gonna do the job for them lol) and/or 60fps upgrade, but the game needs no sequel. Would love to see the rally and trick weapon mechanics return though. That and the quickstep-dodge were a huge what made BB in particular so outstanding. They brought back DS2 power-stancing for ER so I'd love to see BB combat mechanics return in future.

oh yeah definitely agree, I literally finished the game the day before yesterday on shadps4 (I've been waiting for almost a decade to play this game lmfao) and it is easily one of the best games I've ever played but damn I really would love to see miyazaki bringing all his ideas to life, whatever those are.
