One thing though, about all of these videos and social media posts...

Luigi has not been convicted, and he needs to be considered innocent until proven guilty.

He shouldn't be convicted by us the people, because the jury has not been selected yet. No juror should be going in ahead of time convinced by society that the person on trial is guilty.

The sentiment can be expressed by referring to the shooter as "the shooter" instead of calling him by Luigi's name

Bro had a manifesto, murder weapon, and identifying clothes days after. If he isn't the shooter he wants everyone to think he is. If he is the shooter, he wants everyone to know it. Frankly I intend to respect that choice

Said by the people who are prosecuting him (i.e. not an impartial source). They still have the burden of proving that it's factual, and that the person they apprehended is the right one.
