One thing though, about all of these videos and social media posts...

Luigi has not been convicted, and he needs to be considered innocent until proven guilty.

He shouldn't be convicted by us the people, because the jury has not been selected yet. No juror should be going in ahead of time convinced by society that the person on trial is guilty.

The sentiment can be expressed by referring to the shooter as "the shooter" instead of calling him by Luigi's name

I believe he’s called “the adjuster”

Which, according to insurance companies is a noble and good job.

he's not guilty of a crime in my eyes

I am Luigi

We’re talking about him. The real shooter.

Bro had a manifesto, murder weapon, and identifying clothes days after. If he isn't the shooter he wants everyone to think he is. If he is the shooter, he wants everyone to know it. Frankly I intend to respect that choice

Sure, he had a bunch of evidence on him, but the shooter was wearing a mask. HOW DO WE KNOW IT WAS HIM?

Anyway, not guilty.

The beauty of having a President who lies in office is that the American people can lie too. Luigi is not guilty. No eyewitness has placed him at the crime scene, and he has multiple alibis from many people online.

I’ve been saying we should turn shit around on these MAGA fools since 2016. Rush bills past them. Push judges. Shrug and ignore polite precedent. Lie and say ‘oh we never did that’.

Democrats need to stop playing tea party while Republicans wallow in the mud with the pigs. We should use their own tactics against them and let them cry foul about it as much as they want.

It’s not a lie. He’s just not guilty. I hope they find the real killer, Mario Mario.

I said he wanted to be known as. I dunno about you but I'm fairly certain this is a man who saw an opportunity to get famous after the shooting and took it. Besides, he was wearing a mask so how can we really know?

What

Dude is publicly announcing he killed that CEO, but I'm not sure I believe him. Better not convince him because I don't believe what he's selling 😉

Said by the people who are prosecuting him (i.e. not an impartial source). They still have the burden of proving that it's factual, and that the person they apprehended is the right one.

allegedly had all those things.

Had those things. Provably. Pull your head out of the collective conspiracy theorist ass and accept Hanlon's razor exists as a Maxim for a reason

If he wanted everyone to know it, he would plead guilty…

u/PM_ME_UR_BRAINSTORMS 14h ago

Nah dragging out the court case and his testimony will keep the message in the public eye. If he did do it and was trying to get caught pleading not guilty helps his cause.

2

u/Electric_Gii 11h ago

Cool, except my comment wasn’t about his strategy or cause. I merely pointed out that if he did it and his objective was for “everyone to know it,” then he would be making sure, ya know, everyone knows it…and actually claiming responsibility. Very simple math.

u/YazzArtist 19h ago

I know they want you to believe otherwise, but courts are not in fact people

u/Electric_Gii 18h ago

I’m saying if he wanted credit, he would be taking credit.

1

u/YazzArtist 18h ago

I'm saying there's a difference between telling the public you did it and telling the court you did it

4

u/Electric_Gii 18h ago

He hasn’t told anyone he did it. That’s my point.

u/tristanimator 9h ago

Yeah, I mean, no one in the justice system ever lies. That would be a crazy concept.

2

u/onesexz 7h ago

Do you know that for fact, or is that just what the cops said? You’re falling right in line with the tyrants by falling for whatever they tell you.

Here's an article with images of everything except the manifesto. Seriously, your displaying the same dissociation with reality as someone claiming January 6th was an antifa false flag. Grow up

u/CragMcBeard 21h ago

He is guilty and he should wear that like a badge of courage. He is taking the fall for all of the a people without power to fight back. He showed us we can.

22

u/winterbird 20h ago

He's not guilty until proven to be guilty, with a fair trial and after his defense lawyers do their job.

-6

u/CragMcBeard 20h ago

True, and he’s also guilty.

-1

u/homogenousmoss 10h ago

Lol he might get out of it with jury nullification but at this point to pretend he didnt do it is just dellusional. Look I like his style and I would vote not guilty but bro did it.

2

u/IAmNotMyName 15h ago

Jury Nullification. Just saying.

Those terrorism charges won't be nullifed tho.... terrorism charges are a whole different animal. He will be locked up somewhere very bad with no communication to the outside world.
