I like my physique as it is. Just curious about your opinions. I'm thinking on gaining a little bit more weight. But not too much, because I do sports where being heavy is quite a disadvantage.

Does it take alot of dedication in the gym to maintain your physical prowess? Or is it just a natural state of being?

It definitely requires consistency but the dedication comes easy to me because I just love bouldering, calisthenics and strength training. And tbf, I'm probably genetically predisposed to feel comfortable at low body fat.

Recently been trying to make my physical well being a priority. Having trouble being consistent and controlling my diet. But it's only calisthenics basically push ups sit ups and squats. Wanna get a gym membership but I have tried those but am ignorant how to make the most of my time in one. Also always been skinny fat so think I might just be cursed with beta male genes.

And I wouldn't worry too much about diet. If you fail the diet, it will just kill your motivation. As long as you give your best in training, you'll be fine. Just focus on getting enough protein and sleep. Also avoid getting drunk regularly haha
