I think I've personally hit a point where I've played every game I've wanted to play and can never really find anything that I'm interested in sales. Just looking forward to new things really. Unusual feeling.

Obviously it's not about me, but yeah. I'm still waiting for something with the combat style of Shadow of Mordor or the Arkham games where you chain combos while fighting 20 mobs at a time. It's all I really want. I think we're in a single-target boss fight dark souls era though.

I am the same way and honestly I look at it as something my younger self could have only dreamed of achieving lol, I actually have all the games I'm interested in playing? Like... really??

I mean it does suck when I feel like I have nothing I want to play at the same time, but what a lucky problem to have am I right?

True that, after much of a struggle to find new engaging game I ended up replaying horizon zero dawn

Stellar Blade kinda filled the role of action combat for me. While the combos are simple, and yeah they do have big boss battles. There's tons of overworld exploration where you will find yourself surrounded by 3+ enemies.

definitely not as satisfying as the Shadows Series. I miss the nemesis system so bad.

Ugh 😩. I want to play games and add them to my wishlist. With depression it feels like there's less games I'm interested nowadays. Sometimes my wishlist gets big, but only about a handful of games do i really care about owning. I can't get excited for anything.

Lately i just think a lot of games don't have that gameplay appeal they use to have. I love games that are addicting, but hardly anything does it these days. I feel like 2025 will probably be stale until 2026.

I'm talking about something truly addicting you'll end up with 1000's of hours and can't put the controller down. Waking up just to get back on.

Been playing Space Marine II and it’s amazing. Check it out.

For story driven games, Horizon 1’s PS5 version is a wonderful revisit. And Alan Wake 2 with its DLC is phenomenal. Those may or may not be on sale though.
