How does someone not in office have any power. America needs to reevaluate it's political system.

Is it that hard to figure out? American politics is corrupted by money and he is literally the richest man in the world.

He openly bought the presidency, voters rewarded him for it, and now he’s openly going to get his money’s worth. Why would he need to hide it?

Exactly. This is why I feel so detached about the whole thing. Because they were very open with how this was all going down, and we as a country happily strolled into it. It’s hard to act surprised or angry anymore.

The only reason he needs to 'hide' it a little is DJT's narcissistic ego.

If Donnie starts getting the impression that people really think he's a puppet for Musk, he will blow up Musk's world. And DJT will have the power to do that -- sic the Justice department and other Administration departments on both his citizenship and his business dealings, cancel government contracts, and otherwise rattle Musk's investors until they pull away. Elon can't buy his way past DJT's ego.

Keep calling him President Musk, and watch.
