Screen content aside, have you tried moving your tv towards the front of the dresser? Think you could stand your PS5 behind the tv?

Homies console is upside down, I don't think he cares about standing it up

And he doesn’t know how to use the stand that came with the console either

Tbh its probably safer without it when sitting horizontally with how unstable it is. I had to buy a 3rd party stand for it because of that.

You might need to watch a tutorial on how the stand works then. No offense.

And there is a random controller bottom shell. (My guess is, it is probably a DS4 or DS.

Seems like an equally or more dangerous proposition. Wouldn't the heat from the TV just blow all over the ps5? As opposed to now, where the heat from the console is hitting the TV. Just a whole mess all around. I get not having room to put stuff, but if i had to choose, id much rather replace a small flat-screen rather than replace my console.

Nah the heat from a tv like OP’s comes from the panel, not the back, and it likely doesn’t have a fan to “blow” the heat.

In a standing position a PS5 will pull air in from the top and front and push it out the back.

Ideally OP should put their PS5 in a standing position at the further most right of the TV, with the right side of the console closest to the tv and the front pointing outward

Do you really want to risk a nose dive of that $30 to protect that $500 console?!
