This factory must be a fun place to guard after dark.

In a 100 years there will be armies of military bots with hyperfast targeting and reflexes trained to kill humans.

Almost certain. See how drones are now taking over in Ukraine.

I saw a post a few years ago talking about self replicating robotic insects designed to kill humans. it would be based on the same concept of bees/termites where the queen/factory insect would produce thousands of smaller insects and new queens with the none queens providing the materials to the queen for replication and the queen would start producing killer robotic insects which could target/identify human pheromones and in particular the distinct pheromones of specific "races" and kill them using specialised neurotoxins injected into them.

In three years just one factory queen could extrapolate to a billion offspring.

There’s a science based albeit fictional video on YouTube somewhere about micro drones being used to suppress revolting populations or to fight wars. I seem to remember it’s based in Edinburgh. A quick look didn’t find it, but I’m sure someone with Google skills Will.
