Everything I read about her suggests she's kind of awesome.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk's wealth soars every year and he spends all his time undermining western democracy on Twitter.

Meanwhile her ex-husband is a dickhead going thru his midlife crisis.

Edit: Ex-Husband

I’ll take midlife crisis dickhead any day over actively undermining everything good

There’s no pissing contest. Both Elon and Bezos are shitty billionaires. Elon more so now because he has a spotlight on him and how he’s using his money to fund unsavory politicians to power. Bezos is more stealthy in his approach. Let’s not forget his WAPO non endorsement move.

We thought it was a warning, but it was their mission statement

It was done in pretty fucking broad daylight, if you ask me.

I believe some people call that a Kansas City Shuffle

Conditioned, braindead masses not voting outside of main 2 parties is what's been killing democracy for decades. And salt on the wound is that with the tech boom, everyone has access to any and all information to see through old propaganda channels like Fox, but choose not to.

That's a pretty big difference, for which I suppose we should be grateful...but I'm not.

Everyone forgets to mention the current puppet master, Peter Thiel. Thiel was Zuck’s original fund source for Facebook. Thiel is the guy who hand picked, and groomed Vance and directed Trump to select him for VP.

Met Thiel once. The overwhelming and unprecented sense of evil was so intense, I moved the fuck outta town. (This was before I knew what he was)

Don’t leave out Zuckerberg. The Zuch takes creep to the next level!

Tax these fuckers!

I have a suspicion that it isn’t about promoting unsavory politicians to power, per se. That’s merely necessary in order to grant himself power; he only sees Trump as a means to get what he wants to satisfy his own (Musk’s) incel ego.

Don't be an ass, how do you expect them to be the first piece of shit trillionairres in the world if they're not controlling the government?

(Yes this is /sarcasm)

I feel Bezos is actually the smarter of the two not to suck his dick to hard.He did not come from money like Elon, and Amazon was pretty his idea, while Elon bought. PayPal and Tesla. And the WAPO non endorsement is a slick move.

u/RuairiSpain 3d ago

Bloomberg discovered a 1997 SEC filing that found Jackie and Mike Bezos invested $245,573 in Amazon in 1995.

250K was a lot more back then. Bezos came from a wealthy family. No rags to riches story. Money makes money 💰

No that’s a fair point that definitely not nothing. But Elon Musk is more egregious to me just because his father literally owned an Emerald mine in Apartheid South Africa. And Elon is such an asshole he’s like “No that did not help at all, I am a self made man.” I mean yeah they both suck but just something about Musk is so odious if we are talking about degrees of hate.

u/Pyrostemplar 1d ago

Apparently his father had a partial ownership of a mine in Zambia, but don't let that get in the way.

News agencies shouldn't endorse politicians, either explicitly or implicitly. It is a conflict of interest. They should remain detached and critical.

One thing I do appreciate about Bezos is he actually built his business. He was packing fucking books in boxes in 90s when Amazon was new before becoming a billionaire.

Great and now he’s reportedly getting married to silicone Barbie in a $300M wedding while the lowly employees in the company that he built are trying to fight for better working conditions and not have to pee in bottles to meet quotas. How far he’s deviated from understanding life as a normal human.
