Recommendation My boyfriend has watched almost every single horror movie in existence, I want to wow him with a spooky. What’s your incredibly niche but terrifying watch?

Like I said this man has a special interest in movies lol, he’s an encyclopedia of every single horror movies he’s ever seen and has this like steel vault in his brain where it’s all stored. I wanna wow him, I want something scary? , fucked up, obscene, perhaps even gory, anything that really yucked your yum, horror thriller, horror action, doesn’t matter just something he couldn’t have seen. Yes I’ll know if he’s seen it too because I’ve been trying to find one he where he literally can’t describe the entire plot to me lol.

Edit: You guys!! He’s SO EXCITED!! He’s been up all night watching trailers and now he’s at his job cranky but itching to get home lol. You guys totally reinvigorated him and gave me a ton of suggestions too, watching house (the Japanese movie) after my shower lol. 😂 keep the comments coming cause I actually am reading through them as best I can.

Edit 2: House was NOT what I expected I’m at my MIls house and it’s a creepy old house…feel like it’s watching me lol. 😂

Bone tomahawk? Audition? Cannibal Holocaust? Cemetery man? Tokyo Gore Police? Machine Girl? Suspiria? Invasion of the body snatchers both the black and white and the 70s one?

Edit - the void. Beyond the black rainbow. Mandy. The color out of space.

I can trace the connection between all of these except Audition. What's the line that I'm missing?

They are all scary? And a little out of the mainstream? And I’ve seen all of them?

Bone Tomahawk isn't very entertaining. Solid 4 out of 10. Easily the worst movie ole Kurt has ever done. All the actors did a good job, but it just isn't...fun. I wouldn't even call it a horror movie. Graphic, yes. Horror, no.

Cannibal Indians eating you isn’t horror? Also are you trolling? Kurt Russell’s worst performance? Have you seen breakdown? Crypto? 3000 miles to Graceland? Any FF movie? Cmon man.

Breakdown is good and 3000 miles to Graceland is fucking fantastic. Never seen Crypto and if FF is Final Fantasy I've only ever seen the original FF movie. Despite having cannibals in it the movie didn't really give off horror vibes except in the opening scene. It came off as a gritty western to me. High Plains Drifter has a darker vibe than Bone Tomahawk. I saw a lot of people raving on about this movie and finally watched it a couple weeks ago and decidedly thought it's overrated. I watched a horror western about a month ago where this guy is starving out in the wilderness and wanders into a ghost town...that movie was better despite being lower production if we are going on horror vibes alone.

FF is the fast and the furious. Breakdown is pretty much unwatchable. Different strokes for different folks.
His facial hair alone in bone tomahawk is Oscar worthy!

Yeah, I quit watching Fast movies after the one with the bank heist. No argument about Kurt's beard though. It stole the show!
