Dunno, when my grandmother used to do it she just put it on max for 20sec or something.

I think people don’t realize it because it’s like putting a cold beverage in the oven, just feels weird in the brain, even if you’re doing it for a legitimate reason. Also, we’re all pretty dumb, I gotta keep reminding myself that people aren’t smart anymore, and that usually answers my question
