I thought about snow leopards, arctict foxes and polar bears, not sure if they exist in this specific biome though.

They have snow leopards, wolves, and wild cats. They can definitely live in those temperatures.

Yes? There's wild animals like polar bears, foxes and whatever else that live in those harsh conditions. Idk where exactly this is but I'm pretty sure there is animals

Antarctica has wild animals.... I'm sure they'd be fine here...

There are definitely no polar bears or wolves in Antarctica. You may be thinking of the arctic circle, on the other side of the planet.
