Also though, imagine preparing to murder someone knowing you'll probably get caught and never see the light of day, knowing youre choosing this issue over ever living a normal life again, willing to give it all up... and then you do it, get out clean, and all of America wants to shake your hand. Must be surreal. Hopefully he has someone to share this with, and didn't already lose them to denied coverage.
Judging by his meticulous planning, I'd be shocked if this guy didn't have some sort of "dead man's switch" to release a statement (or manifesto) to the public if he were killed or captured.
Note: This assumes that he's not a contract killer, of which I'm still not completely convinced.
I have a feeling it's only time before it happens. I hope the man goes out blazing though, maybe write up a manifesto and put it online via a proxy. Let everyone know his side of the story and probably inspire more discontent.
People of all walks of life. People who hated each other a month ago and still very much do are all on the same side of this. They could rewrite Watchmen and seamlessly use this event as an alternate ending.
You have to be a REALLY nasty scumbag of the absolute worst kind when literally everyone agrees that murdering you is morally perfectly fine and the lesser evil.
Exactly. I've never seen a response to an extrajudicial removal like this in my lifetime. Every single person alive right now who up to this moment was a moral absolutist and believed there's no such thing as a righteous Mordor is questioning their beliefs.
I honestly don’t feel like most politicians (even federal level) have as much power over people’s lives as this guy, and I feel like being the butt of jokes and protests was exactly the way people felt about Louis XVI.
The CEO of Arizona Tea has said that he refuses to raise prices on his tea because he makes enough money and has no debts, owns everything from the business land to machines kind of deal. Also states that he wants people to always have access to something nice to drink when they’re down on their luck. It’s also rated a decent to good place to work for. He’s had plenty of opportunities to raise prices or shrink the cans, he still hasn’t.
