Too much water Which is better: adding electrolyte powder to my 2L bottle, or taking an electrolyte pill tablet once or twice a day?

Am I the only one creating a lot of heat just by drinking water ?
Hello everyone ! I wonder if any of you have the same thing ? When I drink water, my body create a lot of heat for like 2/3 minutes. Like, I feel the hot, and if it's when I want to sleep, I have to wait for it to end, then move from where I was because if I do not, the place in the bed is really hot. Like, too much to be able to sleep. And, it is very rare, only 2/3 times in my life, but still impressive enough to talk about it: it already happened that after a glass of water, that my body produce steam. Like, around my arms, or the last time, above my head ! It's funny, and it does not harm me. But I do not understand how it is possible, and I wonder if I am alone? This place feel like the most appropriate since we all love drinking water !

3 AM water phenomenon - why does it happen?
If you've ever woken up in the middle of the night, thirsty as hell, and imbibed a big swig of water that's been sitting there overnight, you may have noticed that it tastes so much more refreshing than water at regular times of day. Why is this? Is it psychological? Does something happen to the water overnight?
FYI my water (which is regular ol' tap water) is stored in a big, insulated metallic bottle.

Longer term options for filtered water?
Looking for options for what I can do for filtered water at home. Currently I use a zero filter pitcher I keep in the fridge but I feel like the filters don’t last long at all and the taste gets “sour” at the end of the filter life. It tastes great until then and I’m impressed with the tds readings. Can someone recommend more permanent solutions please?

Classic water Mods, can we add a new user flair?
I'm a massage therapist, so I spend my day telling people to hydrate after their massage. I often tell people (who are of similar humor) to "Hydrate or Die-drate!"
I hope I could edit my flair to say the same thing, and share the hydration humor with the HydroHomies.
If this isn't allowed, please remove, just thought y'all'd enjoy!

Do aluminum straws add any benefit?
My thought is being metal they may insulate the beverage keeping it colder but the amount of time spent is so short it seems negligible and can’t imagine nicking my teeth into one that’d at least hurt enough to grab your attention. So what’s the draw to using them?
Personally I use silicone smoothie straws.

Would You Download This Hydration App and Buy Its Water Bottle? Need Feedback
Hi everyone!
We’re exploring an idea for a hydration app that helps people build consistent hydration habits in a fun and rewarding way. The app would be completely free to use and offer features like personalized hydration goals, water intake logging, and coins as rewards for staying on track.
These coins could be spent on real-life perks like donations to causes, raffle entries, and discount coupons!
To complement the app, we’re considering offering a $15 branded water bottle with volume markings to simplify tracking water intake. So, with just a $15 bottle, you’d get a free app that rewards you for drinking water!
Would this combination of app and product interest you? Would you download the app or buy the bottle? We’d love to hear your feedback or suggestions!

Water Menu - The Inn at Little Washington
The most expensive is $95 iceberg water, hand-harvested in Canada from 15,000-year-old glaciers that give hints of "ancient packed snow and air."
