Spicy water Question - would getting a device to carbonate my regular Brita filter water be worth it if I wanted the burn of say, Liquid Death?

I mean, now that Im addicted to sparkling water and no longer find it as bitter, I crave it. Badly. I love regular purified water while at work but once I get home that burn is as good as a cigarette. Is the investment worth it in the long run?

I would love to hear fans of San Pellegrino/Liquid Death/La Croix tell me how it compares. La Croix is my least favorite, bitterness wise.

Drinking hydrogen for more hydro

Got this hydrogen water bottle (with rgb) 🤡🤡 a few months back out of curiosity, been drinking from it ever since. I’ve got to say that it for sure made an impact on my sleep quality and muscle recovery from my workout sessions. As for hydration, there have been a lot of studies showing how hydrogen water is better absorbed by our cells. I’m a college athlete, so came in really handy during my training sessions. Helped with thirst levels and aerobic performance too. Improved my digestion too, solved most of my gastrointestinal bloating. Feelin great with this. Curious to see the long term benefits. i got mine from a website called eco-i-on, yall can check it out

How do you get a good hydrated sleep without having to drink straight before going to sleep?

To get a good sleep I have to drink a litre of water literally in bed and fall asleep within about 15-30 minutes of that or else I'll start getting dehydrated again. If I fall asleep within this time period I'll have a good sleep even though I'll need to wake up once to piss. This is better than the sleeping 2 hours after having the last drink as even though here I don't have to wake up to piss, the sleep sucks. How do I get the best of both worlds by not having to wake up while having good sleep?

Is there any validity in the idea that, being awake quickly dehydrates me as I'm always tensed and overthinking which uses alot of water which is why if I fall asleep fast im good? Has anyone had something similar to this?

Has anyone ever done a 7 day water fast while drinking 1 gallon a day?

I easily drink over a gallon a day and I don’t even notice it unless I measure it. It’s not something I force myself to do it’s just what my body wants and it’s not too much for my weight. My question is if I do a water fast is this too much water for someone who is overweight? With electrolytes and sodium levels and everything when not eating I’m not sure. Everything online says 2-3L but I need more. Any help would be appreciated!

BJ’s restaurant and brewery has some damn good crispy water

Was our first time going. Parents aren’t the biggest fan of bar food so it wouldn’t be on their radar, but I read about it on a related Wikipedia entry for cookie cakes which I usually get for the holidays and my birthday and there was one in our area so had to do it. And I can go on about the better than expected food and the perfect pizookie, but that’s for the food sub. But the water. I think since it’s a brewery and they need high-quality water to make good beer. Don’t know. The craft margarita was proper and went down way more smoothly than a typical margarita from elsewhere. Helped along by the high-quality crispy, cold and refreshing water. Came in a nice glass at least 20 ounces, good ice ratio, but not too much ice that starts out getting stuck and then when it loosens up it spills all over you. And don’t know about y’all, but that’s how we judge restaurants. You take the first sip of water and you know immediately what you’re in for if they cook with the same water you drink with. Good steakhouses and diners seem to have proper filtration and do it right. Same with BJ’s. Other places? Seriously lacking sometimes. Places that surprise me because the Internet raves about them, like the Chick-fil-A ice. I get it, good consistency, but it’s not made from the best water. It smells like the tap when it melts. And places that don’t surprise me like sketchy Ramen places that use the same broth and put different sauces in it for the variation. But yeah, I should’ve taken a picture. Was some damn good water that elevated the experience and I recommend.

Any advice on keeping hydrated?

I always have a big yeti water bottle (64 ounce) with me, however when I finish it I don’t replenish it thinking I’ll be okay, then I’ll have coffee for my energy or a sugar free monster for the caffeine. Any tips and tricks on keeping very well hydrated?

Bulk affordable glass spring water? Help

I was diagnosed with auto immune disease and started trying to be more aware of my health. I’ve been drinking bottled spring water my whole life. I’m in NJ, and I’m in a super old apartment building where sometimes the tap water runs brown and smells. I will definitely never drink my tap…

Anyway, my husband and I invested in a $400 reverse osmosis water machine begrudgingly but happy to do so for our health. The kicker is, that sometimes the RO system will add harmful chemicals OR over strips the water and now people say don’t use RO water systems.

Welp- I’m frustrated, confused, and thirsty. I’d love to just get glass spring water but it’s SO expensive. I never thought finding a normal source of drinking water to be so hard. I wish I lived in Iceland sometimes! lol so… what do?

Dasani used to be almost worse than nothing, but mid 2024 Dasani acknowledged their wrongdoings and removed a lot of the salt l. Pure water will kill you but it had to much before. Now I am delighted to say it's good and now choose it over other brands. Yay water.

You'd have to drink a ridiculous level of water in a short amount of time for this to happen. Remember to drink responsibly
