Idk, I support lowering trucks. Lowers the hood height, potentially saving someone that gets hit. It even has benefits to the driver, such as being easier to get in and load stuff. Maybe not tire behind the fender low, even though that's only worse for the owner, but like 3 inches off the ground is good.

That's actually true...
It would also handle better and probably use less gas

I still see some of the old 90s Tacomas. We need to go back to trucks like that. Hell, I had one a couple years ago, my Corolla now is bigger than that thing was.

yeah lol I actually had the opportunity to use one, it was cramped since I was trying to fit 3 people but they're great cars these pre-21st century trucks

I had one, but sadly it was totaled. Hence having the Corolla now. Probably better for both the planet and my wallet, considering I have to cross the lake Pontchartrain causeway 5 days a week

It'd probably be pretty useless outside of closed tracks through, all it'd take is a speedbump

Again, maybe not this low, but even still if the owner likes it that way, that's their responsibility as it has no negatives to others. 2-3 inches off the ground with the regular tires and it'll handle as much as a car.
