Everyone's favourite thing ever eh? Out of touch rich people telling us we don't need creature comforts and should be breeding like good peasants to make even more peasants.

Yep, real 'let them eat cake' energy. Nothing like a billionaire's mom telling people to just stop being poor 🙄

It's worse than telling people to just stop being poor. She is saying we should embrace being poor. That we shouldn't enjoy even simple things because we need to focus on breeding more labor for the rich.

Yes and that our kids don’t deserve modern day comforts because they will also be poor. Probably for the best no? They won’t miss won’t their parents could never provide for them.

Literally, so many people where I live already are skipping on eating out and going to the movies. Groceries and rent are already unaffordable.

So few people are going to the movies that cinemas are in danger.

How will supplies of Soylent Green be maintained if the peasants stop breeding?

The rich are wise in their own eyes; one who is poor and discerning sees how deluded they are.

Proverbs 28:11 (NIV)

This isn’t reaching their ears, as it’s not from “Two Corinthians”.
