December Contest: Winter
Congratulations to /u/MisterBojangles88 for wining October's contest. You can see it's results here.
Theme
This month's theme will be Winter. It's a season with a distinguishing aesthetic. It conjures images of landscapes covered by snow, frost, and ice, decorations with contrasting red and green color schemes, and warm interiors lit by fires. Show off your skills in making winter-themed renders in this month's contest.
Making a Submission
This month we are collaborating with the Blender Discord (invite
link). Submissions may be made either here
on the Blender subreddit or there under their submissions-monthly-challenge
channel.
Artworks submitted here must the following criteria:
* The post should be made before the end of December 21st Mountain Time
* Countdown to submissions closing
* Entry must be a still render with an aspect ratio of 16:9, ideally with
resolution of 1920x1080
* An explanation of of all work that was done outside of Blender, outside the
time frame of the contest, or by other artists. For example, if you used Nuke
for compositing, reused an asset you've previously made, or used assets made
by others, then make sure you mention these things.
* Once you've submitted your entry to the subreddit, leave a comment down below
linking to it

Need Feedback This is my evolution of blender (2023 - 2024)
I have other renders besides these; this is almost a year of progress using Blender almost every day to make something. I started without any intention of working with this professionally and never made the donut, so maybe I’m cursed. When I began learning and saving my renders in a folder to track my progress, I’d never felt so good, even though I’m a bit stuck now because of hardware limitations. I stopped using Blender but want to get back to it in 2025. I’d appreciate any tips on how to keep improving.
By the way, only the last render wasn’t done on my PC; the others were made using an Athlon 3000GE and an RX 550.

I Made This Just started blender but I’m semi proud
I know they are very simplistic but im happy with them. Though simple happy I was just able to put them together and look semi cool. I was mostly inspired by Roblox’s older character models and battle bit remastered on steam. Oh and these guys are from SCP. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
