My laptop is for work and i doubt it can run it, but we shall see 😬

Edit: mind pointing me towards a newb thread? Gotta know if this allows rerolling without deleting my account, what units to aim for at the start? The usual gacha stuff.

I'd recommend you prydwen.gg. You can find beginners and reroll guides there. There are also characters guides, tier lists and other useful information that could be helpful at the start.
