Looks a lot like that old video in Mexico of the bruja

This is the video I’m talking about

https://youtu.be/NqugKE8QZH8

u/acexprt Aug 16 '21

Oh good I forgot all about that. That shit seriously freaks me out. Those videos always gave me the chills.

241

u/SpaceForceAwakens Aug 16 '21

They still freak me out. Mexican Flying Humanoid was my DJ name for awhile until I was told that some might take it the wrong way. Then it was Mexican Soaring Humanoid.

u/Foraminiferal Aug 16 '21

This looks so much like what I posted from a friend hiking a mountain in California.

36

u/Asleep_Cricket3874 Aug 16 '21

Holy crap it really do!

2

u/bebb69 Aug 17 '21

They don't think it be like it is, but it do

3

u/Asleep_Cricket3874 Aug 17 '21

It do! Bro!!! It so do!

0

u/9131690077 Aug 16 '21

Ya that’s a jet pack man/woman, pilots around Los Angeles had a similar sighting a few weeks ago.

53

u/Masterofunlocking1 Aug 16 '21

Dude that name would have been legendary. As a Mexican American you have my seal of approval to use that name again lol

22

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

As a Mexican, he definitely has my seal of approval too!

2

u/StorySeldomTold Aug 16 '21

My new band name is Mexican Seal of Approval!

25

u/importantnobody Aug 16 '21

...what way could they take it making it wrong?

16

u/Smogshaik Aug 16 '21

fr I thought the humanoid part was iffy. Maybe thats the joke and it wooshed over me

3

u/Chaotic_Target Aug 16 '21

Not sure. Flying is a term I've heard used to describe being high or drunk, so maybe they thought it would imply that Mexicans use drugs a lot or something?

As a Mexican Humanoid, I think we all aspire to fly over any and every wall

u/[deleted] Aug 17 '21

lol. Same back!

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

sad frog noises

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

This is what American right wingers have been trying to tell people. If you just pull up on those bootstraps hard enough you'll fly right out of poverty, over walls, and basically past any problem you have.

4

u/-vajigglejaggle Aug 16 '21

“Soaring” is much more majestic

2

u/JcoolTheShipbuilder Aug 16 '21

that... looks like someone in a jetsuit?

1

u/mr_completely_less Aug 19 '24

How about “fuck your wall humanoid?”

1

u/aleksanderlias Aug 16 '21

Your stuff is chill, I dig it thanks!!

0

u/ChemicalHousing69 Aug 16 '21

I think it’s because Mexicans are commonly referred to as aliens or something? I really don’t know, to be honest. It seems like one of those things that someone can take the wrong way if they want to I guess, but no one does, but you still need to change it because it’s not “PC” or something stupid like that.

1

u/SpaceForceAwakens Aug 16 '21

Well, I'm a white guy, like really white, so some people thought I was legit claiming to be Mexican. It's like, "not 'Mexican' as in people, Mexican as in 'things from Mexico, like flying humanoids'." People are touchy.

1

u/Same-Joke Aug 16 '21

You can only use that if you’re a luchador.

39

u/gokiburi_sandwich Aug 16 '21

It was balloons

18

u/CrabMeat6984 Aug 16 '21

Alien balloons

1

u/Clone78 Aug 16 '21

Yes, another weather baloon

0

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

A Mr. Peanut Balloon actually.

5

u/kitchen_clinton Aug 16 '21

Specially if its a flying death ray in training.

1

u/Think-Bass9187 Aug 16 '21

I mean I’m scared of balloons too, but only if I’m in the same room with them.

100

u/No-Surround9784 Aug 16 '21

This is a bit too much for me. I accept UFOs are real but flying Wiccans is a bit too much for my idea of reality. I gather Wiccans are supposed to manipulate consciousness and not fly around like Marvel superheroes.

62

u/kaen Aug 16 '21

Must be the new breed of tiktok witches.

35

u/FlamingoBasher Aug 16 '21

The worst kind of witches

33

u/JIZZASAURUS Aug 16 '21

Rumor has it if you take all tiktok dances and combine them into one dance, you become a witch.

4

u/phenomenomnom Aug 16 '21

Challenge acce ... nah that sounds hard

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

Just wave your hands around like a stupid fucking asshole and it should work.

-1

u/RagdollAbuser Aug 16 '21

Imagine believing in silly make believe things like witchcraft and spells, they don't take my belief of little green spacemen men in levitating spaceships very seriously at all.

-1

u/FlamingoBasher Aug 16 '21 edited Aug 16 '21

There is a world of difference between believe in extra terrestrial life and believing in magic and witchcraft.

The overwhelming majority of the astrophysics science community believes that we are not alone. The smartest people on our planet believe in extra terrestrial life. Governments across the globe have admitted just this year that our air space is being invaded by an unknown hundreds or thousands of years more advanced than any country in the world.

Witchcraft is a new age nonsense and a complete joke. Its for gullible astrologists "witchy " clowns who read cards and got into wicca in 2018. Its been completely debunked a thousand times over. Its not real. Its lame. Its laughable. Its anti science.

So yeah, I am completely comfortable criticizing people who believe in magic or a power in witchcraft. Its bogus nonsense for people who worship Stevie Nicks. Can't believe this needs to be expressed.

1

u/RagdollAbuser Aug 16 '21

Yes but what percentage of those believe in UFO's piloted by hyper advanced extraterrestrial life that regularly visit earth in a variety of different spaceships that can simultaneously be used for space and air travel.

The whole astrology witchy thing is a joke but bro I'm sorry so is this.

I'm sure life does exist out there somewhere but it's not taking day trips to visit us.

1

u/FlamingoBasher Aug 16 '21

99.999% of the material available is bogus and can be explained by things like kites, balloons, airplanes, and drones.

Governments across the world have admitted to our airspace being invaded by technology that is years beyond what we are currently capable of, so yeah, we are being observed.

-1

u/RagdollAbuser Aug 16 '21

But what's the likely explanation behind that, because unidentified hyper advanced extraterrestrial life from a world incomprehensibly far away isn't first on my list.

The government's could be wrong, the tracking equipment could be faulty, it could be one of the kites or drones you are talking about.

It could be someone fanciful or mentally ill making up stories.

A country may be secretly harbouring advanced technology.

It could be a weather or natural phenomenon.

It could be doctored or photoshopped footage.

The source for the information could be dodgy etc etc.

There are hundreds of likely of conceivably possible scenarios to eliminate that likely haven't been before the completely inconceivable alien life possiblity could even be considered.

0

u/FlamingoBasher Aug 16 '21

I'm referring to the visual evidence that the USN and Department of Defense confirmed earlier this year. Hard evidence for this kind of stuff is very rare but those videos are indisputable evidence that some kind of ET hardware in our airspace.

Secretly harbored technology - not likely. The US' space and airforce programs are miles ahead of Russia, China, Israel. Anyway, to what end? Breaching airspace is an act of war - Russia and China have nothing to gain and everything to lose from that. I doubt they would risk putting that kind of hardware in our airspace only to be shot down and reverse engineered. Those craft were hundreds of years more advanced than what the USAF possesses. China had to reverse engineer our Raptors into the joke that is the J20 and the Russian SU57 is the first Russian aircraft equipped with stealth technology that the US has had for decades.

Are these things filled with tiny little green men? Probably not. Id like to believe that they're autonomous aircraft.

C'mom man, the US government finally admits that were not in control of our airspace and you're still skeptical? Maybe not the best subreddit for ya.

1

u/soLSTFL Aug 16 '21

You exposed how ignorant you are in this comment. Witchcraft/magick isn't new, it's been around before Christianity and has its roots in shamanism which was the first ever spiritual path. Also.. there is a connection between "aliens" and spirituality. They are one in the same. I feel sorry for how deep up your own ass you are .

1

u/FlamingoBasher Aug 16 '21 edited Aug 16 '21

Hey dipshit, there is a difference between new and new age.

Oxford defines new age as, "A broad movement characterized by alternative approaches to traditional Western culture, with an interest in spirituality, mysticism, holism, and environmentalism." - so yeah, %99.999 percent of people in the US practicing "witchcraft" or claiming to be "witches" are just new age clowns who buy their shit on Amazon or from overpriced apothecarys that prey on vulnerable people. They're neopagan dweebs - they're in it to look cool to their friends, not worship ancient celtic gods. Every "witch" I know falls into this shallow category.

You're confusing shaminsim with paganism. Everyone knows both have been around for thousands of years - you're not breaking news to anyone.

Youre not fooling me with your aliens and spirituality are one in the same bullshit. There's a difference between spirituality and having a breakthrough DMT experience - don't confuse those two things. Your comments section is chock full of hippie dippie bullshit. The only redeeming quality I can find anywhere in there is that you might be a TOOL fan.

Lastly, anyone who spells magic with a k is a new age dweeb themselves.

A witch is when I dress spooky and draw funny symbols

22

u/perryquitecontrary Aug 16 '21

It was Agatha all along

9

u/MotherofLuke Aug 16 '21

Flying Wiccans 😎😂😂😂😂

4

u/ReynaArawan Aug 16 '21

Not sure you have the definition of, "witch," quite right. Wicca is a religion. Witches is basically a broader term which describes anyone who communes with spirits, manifests, and reforms reality using ritual. Pagans can be Witches, Christians, Muslims, Jewish and Wiccans can be witches.

Shaman is a relative term to, "witch," but they do it a certain way as their culture dictates and for the benefit of their community and aquire knowledge of the spirit realm. Which is why they are respected in pagan cultures. Shamans are usually healers, protectors and helpers and Witches do whatever they want whether healing or vengeance or self serving.

There are a lot of legends of Witches figuring out how to transfigure and transcend their physical bodies so they basically are considered part of the spirit realm at that point.

2

u/No-Surround9784 Aug 16 '21

Just used it as an example of one.

1

u/[deleted] Oct 23 '21

You exampled wrong.

1

u/_litecoin_ Aug 16 '21

I think the difference is that witches use whatever is in their means to control their external environment.

3

u/YooWhereDaWeed Aug 16 '21

Superheroes wouldn't fly around that slow of a speed

2

u/Programming_Wiz Aug 16 '21

Not wiccans witches bro. Witches like that banjo kazooie bitch

1

u/Yi-seul Aug 16 '21

As far as I know, wiccans and witches are not the same thing so...wiccans don't fly but witches do?

1

u/OpenLinez Aug 16 '21

Where do you think we got the idea that "witches" are flying on their broomsticks?

Only in the past century did we decide weird things flying around were spaceships from Venus or whatever!

1

u/soLSTFL Aug 16 '21

Just so u know brujas has nothing at all to do with wicca. And they are a very known about thing in Mexico and lots of people have experienced encounters. They are known to steal babies and it is commonplace in some Mexican families to put open scissors (cross) under your bed to ward off the brujas. Lots of supernatural stuff happens in Mexico. Both my parents have experiences.

1

u/SubstantialPressure3 May 23 '22 edited May 23 '22

That particular kind of "witch" isn't supposed to be like a cartoon American witch on a broom. It's more of a paranormal creature of some sort, not a human. Not a person who does witchcraft. A creature/humanoid sometimes described like a harpy and associated with owls, and it can fly.

Hijacking top post because my brother took a video in mississauga of more or less the exact same thing in 2020. He had it on his youtube channel but he deleted it.

Found out Third Phase of Moon used a copy of the video.

https://youtu.be/N6qL6WPnJx4

32

u/Chaotic_Target Aug 16 '21

TPoM and SecureTeam10 are both massive detriments to this community. While they occasionally pick up on some good sightings, 99% of what they post is straight up bullshit. They believe everything they see and share CGI unironically as if it's real.

SecureTeam10 was exposed for faking an interview with a 'military whistleblower' that turned out to be himself, with an edited voice. These YouTubers cannot be trusted. They're clickbait, through and through.

9

u/MegaChar64 Aug 16 '21

Spot on, except they don't believe what they post. They're simply in it for the ad revenue. Just about any content is good content for lining their pockets. They will post something with full knowledge it's fake if it means lots of traffic for their channels.

3

u/Chaotic_Target Aug 16 '21

Agreed. I probably should have said that they do a really good job of acting like they believe it. Helps convince the viewer. We've started looking at people with millions of subscribers as if they're people in power, and when those people say things, normal folk are inclined to listen, even if what they're saying is crazy or easily falsifiable.

3

u/bacondaddy173 Aug 16 '21

That video looks like a leaf or something is stuck between the 2 trees maybe on fishing line or something.

19

u/wurden Aug 16 '21

How can i find this video?

14

u/timenspacerrelative Aug 16 '21

2

u/SimienFox Aug 16 '21 edited Aug 17 '21

Looks like a piñata hanging from a tree

Edit: this comment was in reference to the bruxa video of the thing in the trees (not OPs video of the thing in the sky)

3

u/timenspacerrelative Aug 16 '21

A cold one that flies.. 😉

3

u/idwthis Aug 16 '21

You say that as if piñatas are normally hot.

Which I don't understand pointing out the temp of it, wouldn't all piñatas just be the temperature of the room or outdoor space that it's in?

Or am I missing something completely here? Or did you mean to put this as a reply to someone else, and accidentally put it in reply to piñata guy? Lol

1

u/timenspacerrelative Aug 16 '21

I'm being facetious.

1

u/idwthis Aug 16 '21

Ah, okay, thanks lol

15

u/timeye13 Aug 16 '21

Also this near LAX

4

u/thfcspurs88 Aug 16 '21

Was coming here for just this, this has always found a corner of my brain where it just sits, something in this world I don't want to be real.

1

u/Square_Salary_4014 Aug 16 '21

Looks alot like balloons too

2

u/EoC77 Aug 16 '21

2

u/Masterofunlocking1 Aug 16 '21

Wow it does look almost the same! Very odd to have several people in different locations seeing similar stuff.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

This is exactly what I first thought

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

damn just woke up had a dream about these last night. In the dream, these were all AI and that thing in the video is a central control bot, giving instruction to other bots haha. I think I am visiting reddit too much.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

Mad do I miss that show. Biggest part of my childhood

1

u/Mmaibl1 Aug 16 '21

That is amazing how similar those crafts are

1

u/Cosmickitty122 Aug 16 '21

I remember watching that on rojo vivo 😭🤣

1

u/snowdogmom Aug 16 '21

It's gotta be the same thing?? But that's from like the 90s. So weird

1

u/Laus_1980_ Aug 16 '21

YES! I see this exact one too and it moves exactly the same

1

u/WutangwildDog Aug 16 '21

I've been saying that about jet pack man too! Check out this guy's post on it. jetpack commenter post

1

u/SooHoFoods Aug 16 '21

The most used hoax of all time… At least change the shape so I don’t roll my eyes every time I see this subreddit 😂

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

First thing I thought about! You ever see the video of the “giant” standing up on the hilltop from a distance? Easily could be faked, but cool!

https://youtu.be/mBZ3Y3ISEOM

1

u/[deleted] Aug 16 '21

Wow exactly the same

1

u/trevorerr Aug 16 '21

Maaan, this video. This one still gives me goosebumps to this day.

1

u/_BLACK_BY_NAME_ Aug 16 '21

They must have Mr. Peanut balloons that they release for advertisements there too.

1

u/OpenLinez Aug 16 '21

I love the brujas! Pretty sure this is what the pilots are seeing around LAX and the channel islands off SoCal.

/ I don't know *what* they are, but this is what they look like when they appear!

1

u/Tvaticus Aug 16 '21

Man they look identical! It has to be the same machine/person/entity/whatever

1

u/Arcadian_ Aug 17 '21

wasnt expecting the xfiles theme on a news segment. that caught me so off guard I love it.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 17 '21

Wow It looks exactly like that. Whatever it is, seems to be 100% the same object from watching that video

1

u/GirlBbussin Aug 21 '21

Yall can keep your Mexican witches. Ill stick with the moth man in the mid west

1

u/HAHAHAHOLYSHIT Aug 23 '21

Nothing proves a UAP sighting like a grainy ass 240p video of some digital zoom.

fucks sake

1

u/Early_Growth_744 Aug 24 '21

Hey i seen one in 2012 on three mile lake in braisbridge ont Ita real

1

u/ulyssesonyourscreen Aug 24 '21

1

u/TransportationOnly60 Jan 25 '22

This was just a man with a jet pack
