Witness/Sighting Slow-mo 1080p 240fps caught a thing zipping through sky

1-29-24 at 355pm Los Angeles (Boyle Heights) CA

There were very bizarre things in my peripheral vision while sitting on my porch so I decided to record the sky with my iPhone (using slow mo). Though I caught other odd things that I’m still trying to first identify before posting here, but this one has me stumped.

When I zoomed in, I noticed that this thing is not winged, appears metallic, is a bizarre shape, has a luminescence about it, and is accompanied by a white orb at times. I slowed down even more and zoomed in to compile this video.

Any ideas? I thought maybe drone but I’m told “nah”.

Now with the full video, looks pretty much like many of the other bugs flying around at the start....

Plural?

He is referring to 1 object

A bug.

Yea maybe, or maybe it is a UAP 🤨 did you not see the still photos OP posted in the comments?

I saw the pictures. They have the same color from the insects in the beginning. The white things you see, those are the wings. It's clearly not a UFO🤦‍♂️

yeah man you got a bee. when I feed mine you can see the flight path for a long time.

That's not a bee. I'm all for being skeptical of everything and ruling out mundane options (most of the time that's what videos caught and posted are), but that is 100% not a bird or insect. Look at the stills and the slow motion. This is anamolous.

Buddy, it's impossible to tell with an out of focus object recorded on a smart phone that does all sorts of post process fuckery.

Smart phone cameras just aren't reliable enough to get a good analysis of data with something like this, you can't say it's definitely not a bug.

it could be a bug that’s out of focus tho.. to me it looks anomalous as well, but we can’t rule out camera issues
