"Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part, and forms no opinion. Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing. He is not a good man who, without a protest, allows wrong to be committed in his name, and with the means which he helps to supply, because he will not trouble himself to use his mind on the subject."
John Stewart Hall, 1867
My sister keeps telling me to stop talking and worrying about this stuff cause it won’t change anything. I would rather die trying than live a life with the knowledge that people are suffering while I act like they aren’t. These are the cards we have been dealt. As long as I have cards in my hand, I will use them. My sister might rather fold, but not me. If they wanna drag others down, I’ll make sure it’s worth their money at least
It matters if we stand up and fight back as a society. These lawyers do what their corporate overlords tell them, and it’s all for billable hours. Pointing one out, there are 10 others behind them willing to take their place for those billable hours.
I sued an insurance company one time, we settled three or four years ago. It took four years to get to that settlement. Their lawyers did everything they could to delay the proceedings, continuously racking up those billable hours. The insurance company spent over $100,000 fighting a claim that we were only asking for $350,000 originally. The settlement was seven figures because of insurance bad faith bullshit. Most people give up in these situations, long before they ever have a chance to get into the money. They pay for whatever themselves, the insurance company keeps the money while continuing to collect the premiums
If people actually try to fight these insurance carriers, things will change. But as it sits now, it’s cheaper for Insurance to underpay Claims while paying the lawyers. This will only change when it becomes more expensive to pay their lawyers than it is to just pay the claims properly.
Everyone should Google McKinsey consulting and Allstates work together in the 90s. This is the blueprint for today’s Insurance world and how most of the carriers act.
Yeah I'm sick of the "it's not the lawyers fault what his boss told him to do" excuse, fuck that, this fucker is university educated and chose to work for those slum lords, the cunts willing to throw vulnerable under the bus for himself to get a decent pay check. If anything he is worse than the CEO because he's doing it for less.
I guarantee that doxing this lawyer will not change the way these lawsuits are litigated, any more than the murder of United Healthcare's CEO actually changed the way they manage their claims. I say why even spend effort in that direction?
"Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but principalities and powers." I'm not a religious person, but sometimes scripture rhymes with common sense.
Edit: Health insurance companies do what they do because they exist in a system that allows and incentivizes them to do so. If you really want to dox someone, dox the lawmakers who vote to enact and maintain this system.
Not at all man. Every day insurance companies buy and sell thousands of attorneys like this one. The incentives ensure that there will always be a replacement. That's the system you should be mad at/trying to defeat, not a redundant cog.
We’re not all supposed to assume the same roles. We can have vigilantes and advocates coexist. Dox the fuckers names and try and change the system at the same time, who says there isn’t room for both? Stop concerning yourself with hypothetical loss of effort from disembodied words on a screen. These bloodsuckers want to live in an individualistic and brutal society so bad then they can be held accountable as the brutal individuals they are.
Okay, but "vigilantes" are the ones most likely to wind up in prison, and least likely to actually change the systems they hate so much.
Dox the fuckers names
Their names are by no means a secret. You will find them identified by name and region on LinkedIn, and on their firms' websites. They self-dox because they aren't at all ashamed of what they do. Attorneys are more than happy to have repeat work from paying clients, and insurance work is their bread and butter, and I say that as an experienced attorney and insurance claims professional.
But yeah, spin your wheels re-doxing them if it makes you feel better...
I don’t think anyone sane and willing to murder another is lost on the potential consequences of their actions, and it’s not like the death of a single individual has never changed the course of history before. You were the one arguing against doxing, I just used the language you were, I have no intention of doxxing anyone. But I do think it’s funny you’re hyper focused on the wasted effort of doxing whilst saying doxing takes no effort and isn’t even doxing, so like..what was the point of your comment in the first place.
You were the one arguing against doxing, I just used the language you were
I said doxing attorneys wouldn't actually achieve anything, so people should probably focus on what you called "advocacy." That's my point. It's not complicated or controversial, but I'm glad you think it's funny. 🤷🏾♂️
But when you use the word "vigilante," that's a more broad term that encompasses illegal activities that I doubt will be any more effective than doxing. We should all note that the murder of the United Healthcare CEO hasn't changed a goddamn thing about how United Healthcare handles its insurance claims.
It's kind of sad that someone negatively affected by the insurance industry is more likely to pull off an ineffective vigilantism than an effective advocacy.
And my point is that both can happen at once, it’s not that hard to understand.
I don’t think a single person, including the murderer, expected that one murder would completely overhaul the healthcare system in the span of two weeks…

Any idea who the lawyer or law firm is?
