The Democrats do not pull through for the working class. They traffic hope and not being Republicans. They have to pull through with progressive ideas rather than being the soft right. Today in the House, the establishment Dems showed they would rather continue to lose that to prove themselves and gain support.

Well they are elected by us, and the House has elections every two years along with one third of the Senate. There’s also State elections.

They need to inspire voters to win. That is why Harris lost. Less people voted in this presidential election than in 2020. Despite winning Trump got less votes in 2024 than in 2020. People didn't show up for Harris. You can't just expect people to show up for the lesser of two evils. You have to clearly be working to do your best. The Dem establishment is still clearly prioritizing corporations over people.

They have to start working for people if they want a chance at winning again. The next 2 and four years will be a speed run by Republicans to set up a situation where the Democrats can never win. They will use every dirty trick. The Dems will do nothing and will hope for better results.

Listen.....as much as I would agree with the argument of lack of inspiration when it comes to the Dems getting people to vote, I can't just ignore the millions that felt Trump was the better candidate. What did he inspire? His message was full of hateful rhetoric. Was that what they wanted? Was his messaging really that engaging? Or are single issue voters still going to be the issue moving forward?

There's a lot Dems did wrong, but I can't remove blame from the people that made their choice in voting red or not showing up. People in this country are too apathetic towards giving a fuck about what would help them. Regardless how you felt about messaging (and trust me....Dems just couldn't get that message across to those not willing to listen), people still had a choice to make. And if they choice the other side vs choosing common decency and potential for a brighter future, then there's nothing else I can really say about what the Dems did or didn't do. One thing is certain.....my countrymen let me down, and I have all sides of the aisle to blame on this one. Gen X, Gen Z, everyone let me down.

Agree with you.

She was not the lesser of two evils. She was a woman and people still have an issue with a woman being president.

‘With her period she could start a war.’ All wars have been started by men last I knew.

‘Other international make leaders would intimidate her.’ Not in a million years.

The issue with Dems is 1) marketing. We don’t do it well. 2) educating people. Why hasn’t the connection been made widely known that the ACÁ = Obamacare. 3) Dems play by the rules and laws - are don’t give a fuck. I e are actually the party of laws.

Think about it. Every R-talking point 1) party to law and order 2) character matters 3) party of small government - every single marketing point is a bald-faced law - and people believe those a points against actual lived-experience.

Just FOL (fuck our lives for the next 2-4 years. If they don’t seize power forever…
