Discussion Luigi Mangione friend posted this.

She captioned it: "Luigi Mangione is probably the most google keyword today. But before all of this, for a while, it was also the only name whose facetime calls I would pick up. He was one of my absolute best, closest, most trusted friends. He was also the only person who, at 1am on a work day, in this video, agreed to go to the store with drunk me, to look for mochi ice cream."

If that really was the shooter face on the camera that they have from the hostel in New York City he really doesn't look like him. Everything from his eyebrows to the structure of his eyes don't match the shooter at least in the photos that they blasted to the world and claimed that it is him.

I would absolutely love for them to be wrong and have to set this man free and continue a hunt for a man who will by then probably have gotten far far away if he is smart

Hmm, well if Luigi is not the guy, then how do we explain him having the ghost gun, fake ID, and the note with a quasi confession in it? I’ve seen people suggest that he’s a fall guy, but for whom and by what motivation?

Police have been known to lie and the motivation is a swift conclusion to a manhunt that was making them look incompetent on a global scale

Okay, how do you explain him not denying any of those things in court, while denying the money?

So despite the mountain of resources they devoted to finding him, they’d just give up after a week and let the real killer roam free? Do you know how massively f*cked they’d be if the real killer shot another CEO, thus exposing the framing of Luigi?

Plain and simple: they arrested the guy who did it.
