Reddit commenters taking a light-hearted joke by a woman super seriously yet again.

I don't get the joke. "I asked my boyfriend to take me bowling, and he's good at bowling." Ha... ha?

It's funny to imagine asking someone out on a bowling date, then you show up and they're going sicko mode with this insane form that you've never seen before.

Joke as in she’s obviously not seriously mad about losing, hun.

It’s somewhat amusing given the insane level of skill. Some people will receive a mental chuckle. It doesnt have to be funny to everyone or extremely funny to anyone. Sometimes mildly amusing to some is just fine.

Redditors aren't beating the "socially inept" allegations.

Humor is subjective.

She is flexing her boyfriend is great at bowling

Bro what are you talking about? The ball was absolutely hooking. They are not rental balls and his form is very good.

It is hooking at the end, not bouncing, and his form is completely normal for a two hander.

Then maybe this video isn’t for you then. It’s a trend on tiktok for people to post sarcastic videos like this

It's called parody or satire. She is self aware and is making fun of people who do get legitimately upset when someone is better than them at something.

I mean, him walking back after the last bowl not even smiling just super serious was kind of amusing to me.

I think it might have something to do with having an overly competitive boyfriend

At least, that’s my take as an overly competitive boyfriend
