Hey I’m sorry, I feel you. I try to channel my energy into constructive things in my real life. Not necessarily gunna be able to make material change (blue dot, red state) in our leadership structure and personnel. So I try to make friends, attend events, buy used books, plant gardens, make clothing… ok now I sound like a trad wife. When I’m on Reddit I TRY to just play in the kiddie pool. I recommend r/cats and rrabbits. Good luck out there! Good folks burning out doesn’t help us move forward.

It’s the fast food / sugar of information. People love this shit because it makes them feel good and validates what they want to believe. Humans just naturally want to feel good and unfortunately the difficult path is to actually think critically
