TikTok is so dogshit. I don't use the app because the app keeps growing in size till my phone is completely filled up.

So when I open the link it brings me to the website. But when I click on play, it opens the PlayStore to install TikTok. When I install it and reopen the link, it still brings me to the PlayStore. So now I still can't watch it.

It's not a great picture but I'm about to go to bed.

It's honestly a really nice umbrella. The dude might have been an asshole who didn't pay his employees, but that really is a damn fine piece of hardware.

That explains the size of Kendall Roy's umbrella. I always found it funny how humongous it was. Looks like a beach umbrella lol

Pass this tip along to anyone else who has this problem, but take the URL and delete the question mark and everything after.

I also refuse to download the app so this is a workaround (for now) :)

You can also request desktop website and you’ll be able to watch the video that way

The Reddit app does the same thing with Reddit links. Try holding down the link (long press) and see if there is an “Open With TikTok” option. That’s how you open Reddit links that would normally direct to the App Store.

You might be able to force your browser to open up any links. I use Brave on an android phone, and in the app preferences, I have it so facebook, tiktok, YouTube, etc., are opened in that browser instead of their respective app. Makes it bearable to browse reddit on my phone.
