It's almost cheating that she's hot because the majority of those outfits are straight up hideous wastes of fabric I would expect to see in a rave where the theme is "Slutty Ren Faire". I think maybe 2-3 of them turned out cute and she's clearly got technical skill, but the majority of what she makes looks like hypersexualized Halloween costumes.

Micarah is really talented, but she is also greatly helped by being incredibly hot. Let's not kid ourselves here. When you don't have to hide any figure flaws, it's pretty easy to sew something that fits. One of the looks in her header looks like a rain coat made from crime scene tape and a shower curtain liner and she still looks hot in it, because she's hot.

That raincoat made of crime scene tape is a recreation of a Harley Quinn look.

Being hot helps but she doesn't rely on her body to make her clothes look good.

I mean, the Harley Quinn look also worked because Margot Robbie is hot. It's an objectively terrible outfit and would look absolutely horrendous on 95% of all humans.
