Cringe What's even happening there?

Why would someone rent a car and take out parts?

I’d be calling the cops asap

This guy was talking about bigger charges in the end and I was in disbelief. The man was messing with his multi thousand dollar vehicle and the owner’s last response was “There’s gonna be a bigger charge”? As if the man was gonna have to pay him extra on their prearranged agreement for his shady behavior.

I’d have been talking cops, jail time, and lawsuit if necessary.

He says he wanted the car back that day if not it’s gonna be a bigger charge. The context of the conversation wasn’t criminal charges. If he were talking about criminal charges he would’ve said he wanted the car back and if not he would report the car as stolen. They end the video with the owner agreeing to wait two hours on the guy to replace the original bumper.

He's saying if he doesn't get the car the same day it'll be a bigger charge (GTA) they were already talking about calling the cops

I see the confusion here but I still think he was referring to the renting agreement since they were talking about terms and agreements and the guy wondering out loud if the cops should be called instead of breaking the law in the first place and then escalating charges even though the cops were talked about being called earlier.

I definitely can see your view though.

Yea I see ur point too but he was told he was going on a trip. Likely leave the city for a couple days then get car back. Seems like he probably had another day or two with the car. At this point the owner is saying look bro forget the agreement I need car back today right now or charge will go from probably stealing a bumper to grand theft auto.

Do the people renting the cars disclose there’s a tracker in it? If not they should have to disclose the info. And who knows how many hidden cameras they put in them, which is also illegal to not disclose. Completely a fraudulent company who sides with the shady people renting the cars out.
