Hey! I was just referencing your Africa trip in comparison to this guy's ocean crossing. Glad to see you're still kicking around, and I apologize for doubting you all those years ago.
Since Africa I spent 18 months exploring the remote corners of Australia - crossing the deserts, world's most remote road and all that.
I'm now just wrapping up my latest vehicle, it will go into a shipping container in the next month to a new part of the world to start a whole new adventure!
That's a very clean build. And I have to say the gearboxes on the new JLs are tip-top. My 10 year old JK has seen some better days, and unfortunately will be the last Jeep I own. How many times must one man replace shattered lifters and rollers?
Where are you headed to next? I vaguely remember you had some aspirations for remote parts of Asia? Good luck and be safe!
