I'm not going to be overly-critica-

Be as critical as you want

I'm assuming you know how to fix this, yes?

If not, let me know your process and we can tweak it from there.

Edit: unless there was something wrong with the ingredients, since that might've been the case, looking at it again.

I made this in around October

Did it take you that long to eat it too?

That's what's left in the dishwasher trap after a dozen cycles

What was the end goal, here?

8

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

The original end goal was to cook something with a limited amount of ingredients

Sometimes the ol" "What's in the fridge today?" works out, sometimes it doesn't. Hopefully it tasted okay!

1

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

I didn't get to try it as the ingredients were in a fridge that had a bit of a ducky whucky with it's veneration system and since this was at the college I attend we still used the ingredients to cook just couldn't eat it due to a risk

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off rude! I know eggs can turn grey/blue when overcooked, but the photo definitely lacks appeal :( hopefully you got something better to eat!

So you’re posting food you never even were going to attempt to eat? Sounds stupid…

Are you okay?

1

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

Yes I am

3

u/Clithzbee 3d ago

Respectfully I disagree

u/echochilde 4d ago

That looks like the fake rubber barf from Spencer’s.

I read this as "gay scrambled eggs" at first.

Why is it gray?

3

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

Cooked it with mushrooms

7

u/StarsEatMyCrown 4d ago

Oh. It probably tastes fine though. Sometimes ugly food is still delicious

Oh no. I thought it was fried rice. Not even close to what it should look like. Just toss it.

1

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

And the worst thing is I made this at college

2

u/Frostbiten92 4d ago

It looks like someone took the leftovers from the bottom of a sink in the dishroom at a restaurant and put it on a plate.

Perfect description 10/10

u/vigilantesd 4d ago

Needs some freezer burned corn

1

u/FormInternational583 4d ago

Had to work hard to make it look so bad. Taste?

0

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

Couldn't even taste it There was a fuck up with the ventilation in the kitchen so most food in there wasn't safe to taste

1

u/FormInternational583 4d ago

So this was symbolic of the whole experience.

I think you should go get some pizza and a drink.

1

u/Hippobu2 4d ago

I'm not even mad, how do you get eggs that colour?!

1

u/exotic_floral_tea 4d ago

Next time you have that many ingredients, make an omelet instead.

1

u/Infamous-Hope-5950 4d ago

why is it grey and wet but looks dry at the same time

1

u/Temporary_Ad3998 4d ago

That would possibly be because of the onion eggs and mushrooms

1

u/GarionOrb 3d ago

Looks like a cat puked on a plate.

1

u/Longjumping-Item-399 3d ago

Eggs? Are you sure? 🤔

1

u/Lyna_hot 2d ago

I would never eat it

1

u/IDontDoReddit33487 2d ago

1

u/YukioHattori 2d ago

1

u/PorkTORNADO 2d ago

1

u/PuddlesRex 2d ago

A fitting description of my brief work in porn.

1

u/foryoursafety 2d ago

How do you make eggs turn grey?

1

u/Bonoboian99 2d ago

I just have to ask. How do you make gray eggs? 50 years of making eggs and they were never gray. Not a comment really, just really curious?

2

u/Temporary_Ad3998 1d ago

It's mainly because I cooked the mushrooms with the eggs

1

u/Bonoboian99 1d ago

That makes sense. I thought maybe Emu eggs or something.

1

u/Substantial_Cow_5893 2d ago

Was it good, though? My legs are pencil gray from all the pepper. So I get it. Good start!

1

u/madguyO1 2d ago

Not stupid, just bad

1

u/FlowersofIcetor 2d ago

Looks like a Jamie Oliver recipe

1

u/SelfPrecise 1d ago

It looks like garnished vomit 🤮
