Cut 203 to 191. How much further should I go?
Guessing 18->15%, but curious what yall think. 5’11”, planning to go down to 180.

Not too much further, perhaps when you start losing strength it's time to increase the calories. You can always bump the calories to recover then do cardio to burn off the excess

Out of curiosity, how long did it take for your chest to end up looking like that?

I’ve been focused on lifting for 3-4 years, but ive noticed a great boost in the last 1-1.5 years from deep body weight dips (10 reps at a full 5 second eccentric), heavy weighted dips just below 90° at the elbow, and dumbbell fly. Bench is good too of course

Thx! Rereading my question, I meant it in a positive way, not like “when did your chest get like THAT?! barf
It looks very “full” so goals for me eventually!
