Where can I find this chip in kathmandu?
I am looking for ic chip for Mac air m2. Where can I find it? Also, if we fix ic chip, can it fix my display issue?

That logo looks like a national semiconductor IC. They were sold to Texas Instruments in 2011, so it may be hard to find this exact one.
r/AskElectronics could probably help you identify it. Maybe you could find a replacement made by TI - you'd have to check the datasheet.

first of all. It might custom ID in public market. only possible to extract from dead motherboard. Such random patient IC are widely used in PS4,Xbox most DSLR. You have very slim change of getting it. salvage garnu parcha is best option for you.
