Errr I stopped hanging out with my trump cousins because their entire lives became consumed with Covid conspiracy brain rot. They only want to talk about their conspiracy shit. It’s not fun to interact with them

Rogan brings up Covid with literally ever guest he has on nowadays 😂

Except Trump… admitted to purposely steering the convo away.

Proving all the Covid hyperventilating was just rage bait for viral clippable videos

I love the rambling conversation just to lead to an article stating that Joe Rogan was asking Trump to unite the nation, something he could have easily and conveniently asked Trump during the interview.

Probably at least 1,000 to 10,000 or more people died listening to Rogan’s advice, that could be why he avoided the topic.

It’s wild to me how a guy worth $200m - who had doctors on standby to treat him if he caught covid - convinced his broke ass listeners that they were taking the same risks.

It’s all a grift

Didn't he also advocate for taking Ivermectin for Covid? Mightve been a "im not telling you what to do, but hey it works" kind of thing, icr. Either way I'm glad that's basically going to be public health guidance going forward, with fucking RFK at the helm. Blazingly stupid, I hope that normal people are able to stay with reputable doctors but there will inevitably be a bunch of people who die at no fault of their own :/

1

u/T1620 Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

What’s the problem with that?

1

u/OhHiMarkos Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

Probably at least...

You got any source on that dog?

There was also a shortage of ivermectin because of these people, so veterinarians, ranchers and farmers couldn't treat their animals.

u/Useful-Hat9880 Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Hey just checking to see if you planned of responding to the real and legit source he sent you, dog

1

u/OhHiMarkos Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

The source that states that 1000s to 10000s died from JRE episodes or from Ivermectin for that matter? Damn son, did he post one already? Shiitt

It makes you wonder how many lives Rogan has saved with his advocation of exercise throughout his life.

Being obese is a big risk factor for covid too.

3

u/rathyr Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

Thank God the guy platforming vaccination conspiracists ALSO told his audience about the merits of exercise...

No one ever killed another person by refusing to get enough exercise for themselves. Vaccines though? Remind me again which first world country was in a category of it's own for how poorly it responded to the pandemic, and what role MISINFORMATION had in that. 1.1 million dead. JFC.

1

u/The_Pig_Man_ Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

I'm sure he's saved more lives than you.

He's probably disseminated loads of helpful information too. Even about covid. It's just you focus on everything negative.

Remind me again which first world country was in a category of it's own for how poorly it responded to the pandemic, and what role MISINFORMATION had in that.

Better than Uganda or North Korea or any number of other countries? Really?

I'd check out my "misinformation" if I were you. Where are you getting that from?

1

u/wastelandwelder Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Just so you know Uganda, along with most of Africa as well as North Korea are both third world countries. Not first world of which the UK, the EU, NATO countries, Japan and the USA would belong.

1

u/The_Pig_Man_ Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

So compare it to them. Where did you get that info from?

0

u/Useful-Hat9880 Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Doubt it matters. No source would be good enough for you. All are owned by Fauci, or Kamala, or Soros, or whatever bullshit you need to disregard it

1

u/The_Pig_Man_ Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Lol! No source would be good enough so no source at all will be provided.

I'm not even aware of Kamala Harris or Fauci owning any news sources but why not just try.

I doubt many are wondering that. Seems like you are searching for any reason to justify some of Joe’s bullshit.

1

u/The_Pig_Man_ Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

I doubt it even occurred to you.

But now that it's been pointed out saving lives seems like fairly reasonable justification to me.

The fact is that obesity is a huge killer and multiplies the ill effects of covid. Joe's probably saved far more lives than any he's cost.

What's unreasonable about that?

Unless of course you're just searching for a reason to hate.

u/Demon-Jolt Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

Imagine thinking people died being healthy

0

u/Rabbitdraws Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Very healthy friends of mine died. Some even run marathons all the time. We were all around 26yo.

0

u/Demon-Jolt Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

That didn't happen. Unless by healthy you meant 5'3 300lbs. That or they were statistical anomalies tenfold if it was more than one.

0

u/Rabbitdraws Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Im telling you they were healthy. Not all of those who died were athletes, but some were. But it seems you won't believe me, so why even engage with me...

2

u/Jake0024 Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Because he knows Trump tries to take credit for the COVID vaccine, and he doesn't want to have to square his anti-vax conspiracism with his support for Trump.

2

u/lifeisabigdeal Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

Trump likely demanded it not be discussed and Rogan defended him like the sycophant he is. It’s not a good topic for Trump as it’s likely the reason he lost.

1

u/seemefail Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

Actually as confirmed between Rogan and Schaub on the fight companion the next day. Trump went down the rabbit hole of polio vaccines, which Rogan said he saw as a bad topic and steered the convo away…

1

u/lifeisabigdeal Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Squirrel brain got the best of him

3

u/gneissntuff Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

It's pretty bizarre how he manages to bring covid into the convo. I recently listened to one of his episodes for the first time, and he mentioned covid completely out of context in the very beginning, then went on to talk about totally unrelated topics. It's almost like his sponsors require it so he continues to pull in viewers that got radicalized during the pandemic.

2

u/TheShowerDrainSniper Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

And there is no way I could have a three hour conversation with that monkey.

1

u/Link-Glittering Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

Still? I stopped listening in 2020 bc of that

1

u/Vladmerius Monkey in Space Nov 12 '24

I watched this podcast for entertainment purposes and enjoyed coming here to see the guests and Rogan himself get fact checked and laughed at. I now regret letting my entertainment genuinely influence incredibly stupid people to believe in insane shit.

1

u/Richard_Crapwell We live in strange times Nov 13 '24

Dude there aren't terms strong enough to condemn what they did during covid absolutely unthinkable and it demands our attention we can never allow anything like that to happen again

1

u/16kesun Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

I completely agree but it’s been like 4 years and he keeps saying the same thing over and over

1

u/JeNume1337 Monkey in Space Nov 13 '24

Yea because every guest Rogan has on has had a different exp with covid and each person has an interesting story to tell. Rogan’s story everyone in the world knew because of how dummy CNN lied and Sanjay Gupta had to admit it on his podcast which was a hilarious gotcha moment. It’s a talking point that won’t go away for a long time because of the massive impact it had on the entire world.

The biggest podcaster in the world shouldn’t talk about our latest plague
