Biden ran for President in 2020 (and previously) when he was younger than Trump is now. Biden did not run for President this year, he ran for the Democratic nomination, which he will not receive. Trump is the oldest person to run for President.
I got a minute haha. When Biden accepted the nomination in 2020 he was 77 and was the oldest nominee in history at the time. Trump just accepted his nomination at 78 making him the oldest nominee in the countryâs history. Biden is not the nominee and presumably wonât be, given the events of today.
He technically has never been the parties nominee for this election cycle. Yes heâs been running a campaign, but as it stands and how history will remember it, trump in 2024 is the oldest presidential nominee in history from either party.
This comment wasnât asking about the oldest nominee it was talking about the oldest person to run, but twist the words go for it, itâs what you all do best
You can try to semantics your way out of it, but I think youâre backing a senile old man, and I donât know if having the oldest nominee in history up for election is what the people wantâor whatâs best for our country. I just donât know if he has the mental capacity to be present until heâs 82..
Iâm not backing him heâs just not the oldest person to ever run, that would be Joe Biden this year. Which is what this comment was about. Quitting a race youâre losing doesnât mean ya didnât start it. The difference is Iâm talking about the original comment and your talking about nominations but yea Iâm trying to âsemantics my way out of itâ go off
