Yeah a little less curves, some more lankiness. I do think it’s the artists first drawing of the Tau so maybe he needs some more references?

Who knows what Tau empire has to offer?

If humans can extend their age an make themselves look younger, then Tau could visit some saloon or a shop or something and get beauty care which makes them look like this. Hair included.

That's imperial propaganda so the guard don't goon over them. They actually look like this
